01

The business

SYMCRG is a commercial real estate firm serving New York City. It needed a digital presence that felt as capable and established as the team behind it, along with a better foundation for supporting the business day to day.

The engagement focused on two clear goals: create a website the firm could be proud to put in front of clients and replace a patchwork of costly software subscriptions with a more cohesive experience.

02

The bottleneck

The firm had accumulated several separate products over time. Each covered part of the work, but together they created extra cost, more logins, and an experience that never felt fully connected.

The opportunity was to simplify: reduce dependence on overlapping subscriptions, give the team one place designed around the business, and present the company more clearly online.

03

The system

We designed and delivered a new public website and a custom business platform in one coordinated engagement. Both were shaped around SYMCRG's brand and the way the company works.

The website gives the firm a polished presence it can confidently put in front of clients. The platform gives the team a simpler, more cohesive foundation for its work without adding another generic product to manage.

The outcome

SYMCRG now has a standout public website and a cohesive platform the business can continue to build on. The experience feels consistent from the first client visit through the team's day-to-day work.

Most importantly, the engagement helped the firm cut software subscriptions. By consolidating more of the business into a custom solution, SYMCRG reduced its dependence on overlapping products and the recurring spend that came with them.
